2. For Businesses: Zewa offers features for managing appointments, analytics, and customer engagement. After a six-month trial, subscription fees apply based on selected plans.

Payment and Billing

Businesses are responsible for all charges associated with their subscription plans. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the app for illegal purposes.
• Engaging in data mining, scraping, or similar activities.
• Interfering with the app’s functionality or security.

Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Zewa App, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Sparova Solutions Inc.

Limitation of Liability

Sparova Solutions Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
